Housekeeper

Job Description:

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining guest rooms clean, organized, and presentable. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing assigned areas; changing bed linens and towels; restocking room and bathroom supplies; emptying trash bins; and reporting any damages or deficiencies.

The Housekeeper ensures all rooms meet cleanliness and presentation standards, protects housekeeping equipment and supplies, and contributes to overall guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards.
• Replace linens, restock amenities, and ensure proper room presentation.
• Report maintenance issues or damages.
• Handle guest requests courteously and promptly.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and carts organized.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical work such as bending, lifting, pushing, and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
