The primary role of Housekeeper is to contribute to the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the Association's facilities. This position will assist with essential cleaning and organizational tasks to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all members and guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

· Collaborate with colleagues during shift setup to ensure proper service preparation.

· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas, including the Main Clubhouse, Golf Shop, Golf Course Facilities, Racquet Shop, Restaurants, HOA Main Office, Sales Office, Gym, and Golf Course Maintenance Building. This includes restrooms with restocking of restroom supplies, shower areas, locker rooms, outdoor common areas, main and satellite pool areas, dining rooms, and bar areas.

· Perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing of surfaces.

· Polish and clean furniture and fixtures to ensure they are well-maintained.

· Sweep patio areas and clean patio furniture.

· Clean rugs, carpets, walls, and upholstered furniture to uphold high cleanliness standards.

· Organize and clean your workstation and cart; replenish supplies and equipment as needed before, during, and at the end of your shift.

· Empty all wastebaskets and dispose of trash in the dumpster.

· Wash interior windows as needed.

· Assist with inventory control and security measures.

· Polish glass surfaces, tables, counters, shelves, desks, office equipment, and door handles.

· Transport linen to and from the linen or laundry room.

· Dust and sanitize exercise equipment.

· Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

· Adhere to safety protocols and proper procedures when utilizing cleaning products, following label instructions and supervisor guidance.

· Ensure Housekeeping storage, laundry room, and closets are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

· Ensure all equipment is clean and professional in appearance at all times.

· Report all faulty equipment, supply needs, maintenance needs, safety hazards, injuries, and other concerns immediately to your supervisor.

· Maintain impeccable grooming and personal hygiene at all times and wear the uniform as directed.

· Participate in department safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment at all times.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred but not required.

· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
