Housekeeper

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, welcoming environment at our hot springs property. This role involves a mix of indoor and outdoor work, supporting the upkeep of guest accommodations and shared spaces while contributing to the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize public restrooms regularly throughout shifts
• Turn over and prepare guest accommodations, including tiny homes and Airstream trailers
• Make beds and change linens, including in compact loft-style sleeping areas (requires comfort working in tight spaces and at height)
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, walkways, and common spaces across the property
• Assist with general property upkeep, including trash removal and light organizing tasks
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly

Requirements

• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable climbing ladders or stairs and working in small loft spaces
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, stretching, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow a schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
