About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Restock supplies, including towels, toiletries, and linens, to enhance guest experience.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as carpets, upholstery, and windows.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Follow safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, ideally in the hospitality industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be physically able to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures is a plus.
