Housekeeper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our environment remains spotless, welcoming, and comfortable for all guests and staff. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by cleaning floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures.
• Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine environment.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort at all times.
• Follow established safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold safety standards.
• Assist with laundry duties when necessary and support other housekeeping team members during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within hospitality or industrial settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and use of cleaning equipment.
• Prior hotel experience or background in hospitality enhances your ability to meet guest expectations effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
• Custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
