Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our hotel team. The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas while providing excellent hospitality and maintaining brand cleanliness standards. This position plays a major role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and public areas
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, mirrors, sinks, tubs, and toilets
• Remove trash and transport waste to designated disposal areas
• Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items immediately
• Ensure rooms are inspection-ready within required timeframes
• Follow all hotel safety, security, and sanitation procedures
• Assist with laundry duties when needed
• Provide friendly and professional guest service at all times
• Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and walk for extended periods
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to push/pull housekeeping carts throughout the property

Work Environment

• Fast-paced hotel environment
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and laundry equipment
• Indoor work with frequent guest interaction

Schedule

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required
