Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing with care and efficiency.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring integrity and appearance.
• Ensure all areas are sanitized according to health guidelines by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory, restocking materials as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines or supervising junior staff when required.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with a strong understanding of sanitation practices.
• Skilled in various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining fabric care standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of janitorial equipment operation and maintenance.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable.
