Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning environments, including industrial cleaning, hospitality, and custodial services. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management promptly.
• Adhere to established cleaning protocols and standards to maintain high levels of hygiene.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or related fields such as hospitality or custodial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
