As a Housekeeper, you’ll help keep our community clean, comfortable, and running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

Providing maid service for Residents (tasks by request of Resident)

Housecleaning of Resident rooms and public areas
-
Cleaning all units and common areas, including: Lights, mirrors, chandeliers, woodwork. Dusting, vacuuming halls, elevators, storage rooms. Entrance door windows, laundry rooms, dining room carpet

Cleaning all restrooms
-
Emptying trash cans from offices and dusting furniture
-
Cleaning stairways and stairway halls
-
Dusting ceilings for cobwebs
-
Cleaning inside windows of halls and stairways as needed

Performing linen exchanges
-
Cleaning model apartments
-
Vacuuming lobby and atrium furniture
-
Cleaning guest rooms during stays and after guest departures

Dusting walls of elevators and common halls
-
Examining rooms, halls, and lobbies for repairs or equipment needs, and making recommendations to management
-
Attending periodic staff meetings to discuss company policies, Resident concerns, and service improvements

High School Diploma or GED, or
-
1–3 months of housekeeping experience, or
-
A combination of education and experience
