Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, or residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain impeccable standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by executing scheduled janitorial tasks efficiently.
• Care for floors through sweeping, polishing, buffing, and applying appropriate treatments to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning products to ensure readiness for guests or residents.
• Follow established safety procedures and use proper cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly to promote a safe environment.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards.
• Support housekeeping management by assisting with inventory control and adhering to operational protocols.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a strong focus on cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and industrial cleaning methods.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable for understanding guest expectations and service excellence.
• Familiarity with custodial procedures and industrial cleaning equipment to handle diverse cleaning challenges effectively.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
