Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment
• Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing to preserve their appearance and longevity
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
• Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards
• Handle janitorial responsibilities including restocking supplies, waste disposal, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is maintained properly
• Assist with housekeeping management duties when needed, coordinating schedules and ensuring quality standards are met

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; hotel or custodial experience is highly valued
• Skilled in various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and laundry services
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to follow detailed instructions for cleaning protocols and safety procedures
• Knowledge of janitorial equipment operation and maintenance
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning assignments and schedules as needed

Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
