Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces.
• Prepare and serve light meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking skills to enhance guest or resident experience.
• Manage sanitation procedures by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to promote health and safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to requests and ensuring a positive experience for residents or guests.
• Support custodial operations by managing janitorial supplies, organizing cleaning schedules, and maintaining equipment in excellent condition.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to perform janitorial tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with carpet cleaning equipment and housekeeper management is preferred.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive tasks effectively.
• Prior custodial or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
