Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards.
• Ensure all restrooms are clean, stocked with supplies, and sanitized.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist in laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Provide exceptional service to guests by responding promptly to requests or inquiries.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
