Housekeeper / Vacation Rental Cleaner — Independent Contractor (1099) Vacation Resort | Lake Wales, FL

About the Opportunity ACM Management is seeking reliable, detail-oriented housekeepers to join our cleaning team at a vacation rental resort community in Lake Wales, Florida. This is a part-time 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling based on guest checkouts and property turnovers.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough turnover and deep cleaning of cottage units between guest stays
• Clean all interior spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Wipe down window sills, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and vents
• Clean appliances inside and out including refrigerator, oven, and microwave
• Wipe cabinets inside and out, and dust all surfaces and décor
• Report any damages or maintenance issues to management
• Complete cleanings within the assigned window of 11 AM – 3 PM

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Reliable transportation to the Lake Wales area
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to follow a cleaning checklist and photo verification process
• Must be available on weekends as needed
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

What to Expect

• Flexible part-time schedule based on property availability
• Pay is per unit completed
• This is a 1099 independent contractor position — you are responsible for your own taxes
• A signed contractor agreement and W-9 will be required before your first assignment
