Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Maintain floors through proper care techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and stain removal to preserve their appearance and safety.
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing to maintain operational efficiency.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling, training new staff, and maintaining cleanliness logs when required.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures.
• Experience with laundry operations and managing household or hotel linens.
• Knowledge of janitorial supplies management and commercial cleaning practices is advantageous.
• Background in customer service roles that require effective communication and professionalism.
• Familiarity with housekeeper management or supervisory responsibilities is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
