We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a welcoming, spotless environment for our residents and guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and comfort across residential or hospitality spaces. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hospitality spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain a pristine environment
• Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly
• Assist with meal preparation or light cooking as needed to support residents or guests’ needs
• Provide friendly customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with a strong focus on sanitation and customer service
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely
• Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning supplies and chemicals responsibly
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents or guests and team members
• Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred; hotel experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
