Housekeeper

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of Hotel spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors to ensure they are spotless and well-maintained
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ needs promptly and professionally
• Ensure all areas meet sanitation standards by following proper cleaning protocols and safety procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and carpet cleaning methods
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Experience with handling various cleaning supplies safely
