The Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Indianapolis is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team. Located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, our newly renovated 188-room hotel blends historic character with modern comfort, creating an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What you'll be doing:

• Clean and service guest rooms according to Hilton and First Hospitality standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms and public areas
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly
• Ensure guest rooms are properly stocked and inspection-ready
• Follow established cleaning procedures and productivity expectations
• Deliver friendly and professional interactions with guests and team members
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and supplies in an organized manner
• Support the housekeeping team in delivering an exceptional guest experience

Requirements:

Experience & Education

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Communication

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, supervisors, and team members
• Basic English communication skills preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the workday
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as business needs require
