Housekeeping Job Description

Summary:

A customer focused, and friendly individual who is able to maintain a clean and healthy environment for customers and employees by maintaining and/or improve the cleanliness and appearance of the mall common areas and keep the mall in a clean and orderly condition.

Housekeeping Job Duties:

• Clean and maintain all common areas of the Mall

• Ensure the overall safety of immediate work area as well as surrounding areas
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supplies
• Possess the ability to perform all tasks and operate equipment, associated within the housekeeping department.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management

Requirements

· Proven experience as a housekeeper or janitor

• Detail-orientated and keen observation skills
• good communication skills - verbal and written
• reliability and dependability
• Lifting/ carrying up to 20lbs.

Education & Experience

· Minimum 1 year housekeeping/Janitorial experience

· High school diploma or GED

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
