Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and proper use of floor maintenance equipment.
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a healthy environment for residents or guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing specific cleaning requests and ensuring satisfaction with the cleanliness of the space.
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory and restock supplies as needed to maintain operational readiness.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including scheduling and coordinating cleaning activities in larger facilities.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with a strong focus on sanitation standards.
• Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and general janitorial practices.
• Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use.
• Experience with commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable.
