Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, and hallways using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure floors are properly cared for through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing as needed
• Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring all spaces meet health guideline
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing requests promptly and maintaining a friendly attitude
• Manage custodial supplies inventory and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Experience with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and laundry machines

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
