Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned maintenance and housekeeping tasks to assist the maintenance department in keeping our facility clean and safe.
• Take and follow procedures for new cleaning/maintenance requests.
• Provide assistance to maintenance director in keeping inventory of stock and disbursing stock as needed.
• Provide customer service to residents, guests and co-workers while completing assigned tasks and working throughout the building.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written English skills.
• Skills with being detail orientated, time management and professionalism .
• No labor specific experience is necessary but willingness to learn basic cleaning and organizational tasks.
• Complete medical physical exam, with TB test (provided by Tennyson Court)
• Pass NYS Department of Health background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
