Housekeeper and Personal Assistant

Job Summary
We are looking for someone to help around the house 2-3 days a week with cleaning, cooking, and pet supervision. This role would be best suited for someone with good organization skills, communication, and a valid drivers license. Ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, dependable, calm, and with clear communication skills. Schedule can be relatively flexible, with 10-20 hours offered per week.

Duties

• Perform residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry to maintain a spotless living space
• Manage household chores such as organizing supplies, replenishing essentials, and overseeing laundry services with attention to detail
• Provide pet care support as needed, including supervising pets, preparing meals, and assisting with walks or errands
• Assist with planning and coordination for social gatherings or family activities, ensuring all arrangements run smoothly
• Support property management tasks such as overseeing maintenance schedules and liaising with service providers
• Handle personal assistant responsibilities including appointments, managing calendars, booking travel arrangements, and running errands
• Prepare meals by cooking nutritious dishes aligned with household preferences and dietary needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality roles; hotel experience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
• Previous experience as a personal assistant or in administrative roles demonstrating excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of pet care practices and experience supervising children’s activities
• Skilled in property management, and household organization
• Proficiency in laundry techniques, cooking skills, and basic household maintenance
• Ability to multitask confidently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
