Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our assisted living community. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Your work plays an important part in supporting the health, dignity, and quality of life of the individuals we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Perform routine housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times
• Restock supplies
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Interact respectfully and courteously with residents and staff

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred (healthcare or assisted living a plus)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be able to speak and read English
