Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a spotless environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Care for flooring by performing routine floor care tasks like stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning to uphold safety and aesthetic standards.
• Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards.
• Follow all health and safety regulations diligently while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services; hotel experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial practices.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with energy and enthusiasm.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency in all cleaning tasks.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive cleaning motions.
• Familiarity with hospitality standards and experience managing housekeeping responsibilities is advantageous.
