Job Summary

Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and is committed to high cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities as needed
• Ensure all rooms meet Marriott brand cleanliness and presentation standards
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, storage areas, and common spaces
• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and push carts (up to 30 lbs)
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
