Housekeeper - Deer Creek Apartments

We are searching for a qualified and dependable housekeeper to keep all common areas of our community clean and ensure that vacant apartments are ready for new residents. In this unique role, we will also train you to fill in as a Leasing Rep!

Responsibilities include:

• Cleans all common areas of the apartment community
• Vacuum and dust
• Wash walls, windows, door panels
• Sweep, wax, and polish floors
• Clean vacant suites
• Replenish bathroom supplies
• Inform management regarding safety concerns (i.e.: trash in hallway, burned out bulbs, etc.)
• Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians
• Performs other duties as assigned.
