Housekeeper - Female

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our catering facilities and event venues. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of our events through meticulous attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning Tasks: Perform cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in kitchen areas, dining rooms, restrooms, and event spaces.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Cleaner and other cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations and company policies. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address cleanliness issues promptly.
• Equipment Care: Handle and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies properly. Report any maintenance issues to the Head Cleaner or Operations Manager.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in five star hotel housekeeping is required. Training will be provided.
• Skills: Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of standing, bending, and lifting throughout shifts. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Good communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, and holidays as required by events schedules.
