Join our dynamic team as a Housekeeper / Front Desk professional, where you will be the welcoming face of our hospitality environment and the key to maintaining a pristine, comfortable space for our guests. This role combines the essential duties of ensuring cleanliness and order with providing exceptional front desk service, creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom maintenance.
- Care for floors using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, checking in guests, handling reservations, and providing information about amenities and services.
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby areas, reception desks, and other guest-facing spaces to uphold high standards of hospitality.
- Assist with janitorial tasks such as waste removal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.
- Support hospitality functions by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and uphold the overall cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles with a focus on hospitality or industrial cleaning environments, desired but not required.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation for maintaining various flooring types, desired but not required.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred to understand guest service expectations, desired but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Outstanding communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting supplies, and bending as needed.
