JOB SUMMARY: The housekeeper is responsible for performing a number of cleaning duties in assigned areas which may include resident apartments, and common areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Clean resident apartment or rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and other work areas in accordance with community and health standards, and according to resident preferences.
• Requests repairs and maintenance services as needed.
• Stocks bathroom and cleaning supplies in carts and appropriate areas ensuring that everything is stored and labeled correctly.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 3-6 months of housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality/hotel environment.
