COMPENSATION & BENEFITS / PAGO Y BENEFICIOS:

• Pay: $550 - $750+ per week / Pago: $550 - $750+ por semana.
• Bonus: $300 Hiring Bonus + Performance Bonuses / Bono: $300 de contratación + bonos por desempeño.

REQUIREMENTS / REQUISITOS:

• Language: We hire English or Spanish speakers (Bilingual is a plus!).
• Idioma: Contratamos a personas que hablen inglés o español (¡ser bilingüe es una ventaja!).
• License: Reliable transportation to our office required. (Illinois Driver’s License is a plus!).
• Licencia: Se requiere transporte confiable a nuestra oficina. (¡Licencia de conducir de Illinois es una ventaja!).
• Location: Must live within 15–20 minutes of Wauconda, IL.
• Ubicación: Debe vivir a 15–20 minutos de Wauconda, IL.
• Experience: 2–3 years of verifiable work history preferred.

• Physical: Ability to lift 25 lbs, climb stairs, and perform physical work.

• Schedule: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (3–5 days per week, Mon–Fri and some Saturdays).
• Horario: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (3–5 días por semana, de lunes a viernes y algunos sábados).
