Salary Range: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience

Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping and meal preparation is strongly preferred.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.

Culinary Skills: Basic cooking skills with an ability to prepare a variety of healthy and delicious meals.

Physical Stamina: Good physical condition is necessary to perform daily housekeeping tasks.

Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and ensure that all tasks are completed promptly.

Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with other staff and residents.

Adaptability: Comfortable with a variety of tasks and ability to adjust to changing needs.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that all areas of residential homes on the farm are kept clean and orderly, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and waste disposal.

Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to established dietary needs and preferences of farm residents, ensuring meals are both delicious and healthy.

Laundry Services: Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens.

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies and kitchen ingredients, ensuring adequate stock levels are managed effectively.

Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe living environment.

Communication: Work in collaboration with other farm staff to ensure the smooth operation of resident services, reporting any concerns or needs promptly.
