We manage a variety of multifamily properties, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for all who call them home. We are currently seeking a diligent and reliable Housekeeper to join our team.

Job Description: As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our multifamily property. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, and recreational facilities.
• Maintain the cleanliness of vacant apartments in preparation for new residents.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the property manager.
• Restock supplies in common areas as needed.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
