Your Role:

As a Housekeeper at Assurance Health, you will:

• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout patient areas and hospital departments.
• Perform daily cleaning duties including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, waste removal, and spill cleanup.
• Care for and operate housekeeping equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet extractors.
• Replenish supplies including tissues, towels, and soap dispensers.
• Assist in moving furniture and equipment when needed.
• Follow all OSHA standards and hospital safety protocols.
• Collaborate with staff and patients in a professional, courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• Experience: One year of housekeeping or janitorial experience required, especially in healthcare.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, knowledge of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact courteously with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Physical Ability: Able to meet lifting and movement requirements, with assistance when needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
