Housekeeper / Residential House Cleaner

Happy House Maid Cleaning Co is seeking hard-working and reliable house cleaners to provide cleaning services to homes on Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island. Pay (1099): $20-$22/hr for residential cleaning. Weekly payouts. Tips are 100% yours.

What you’ll do

• Residential cleaning (standard, deep, move-out, and vacation rental turnover cleans)
• Follow checklists, communicate ETA/notes in the app, and deliver 5-star results
• Bring your own basic supplies & vacuum (or tell us if you need a starter kit)

You’re a fit if you have

• Reliability & punctuality (you honor the jobs you accept)
• 2+ years of home-cleaning experience (preferred)
• Great communication and problem-solving on the job
• Car + valid driver’s license, smartphone, ability to lift 25–30 lbs
• Willingness to complete a background check
• SSN/EIN for W-9; you understand this is a 1099 contractor role (you manage your taxes/expenses)
