Full-Time Clinic Cleaning Staff
About Us
We are a professional medical clinic committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and private environment for our patients. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented full-time cleaning staff member who understands the importance of hygiene, discretion, and professionalism in a healthcare setting.
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect examination rooms and treatment areas between patient visits
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
- Dust and sanitize furniture, medical equipment surfaces, and high-touch areas
- Empty trash bins and dispose of medical and general waste according to clinic policies
- Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and sanitizing materials
- Follow strict infection control and safety guidelines
- Handle and store cleaning chemicals properly
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Maintain housekeeping inventory (cleaning materials, supplies, etc.)
- Maintain kitchen inventory (snacks, utensils, pantry items)
- Maintain coffee/tea station inventory and ensure it is clean and organized
- Offer beverages to all clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage and track inventory logs
- Maintain cleaning logs and documentation as required
Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- 6 days per week (1 day off per week)
Requirements
- Male candidates are prefered
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (clinic/healthcare experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting)
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently
- Must maintain strict patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
- Professional appearance and respectful behaviour required
- Must maintain excellent personal hygiene and be free of body odor
