About the Job

This position is a 40-hour a week full-time position. Each day is a different day as the role involves maintaining a multi-family development and taking care of its residents.

This role reports directly to the Property Manager, who has the primary authority to determine the exact “day-to-day” duties.

_ Education _

• High school diploma required

_ Skill Set _

The candidate shall be enthusiastic, dependable, provide strong customer service, and have a great work ethic.

• Attention to detail in cleaning is essential. Works closely with the service team to provide a clean and comfortable home for our residents.
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds, including trash pick-up, blowing and cleaning curbs, parking lots, sidewalks, and walking areas, light power washing, maintaining and cleaning the pool as required, some painting, cleaning the dumpster and surrounding area, and completing minor service requests as needed.

Other Requirements

· Must be legally able to work in the United States

· Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

• Must be willing to work Monday – Friday
• Hours of work are dependent upon the community’s hours
