Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
• Carry out floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Follow proper procedures for handling chemicals and cleaning equipment.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all areas of responsibility.
• Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and custodial practices is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality service.
