Housekeeper/Room Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas within our establishment. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all bathrooms are clean, stocked with necessary supplies, and in good working order.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and janitorial practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A commitment to providing outstanding hospitality and customer service at all times.
