LearnGate is a KHDA-approved educational institute in Dubai dedicated to nurturing children’s growth through moral education, child skill development, and innovative learning programs. We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Supporting Staff Member to join our team and contribute to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers and administrators with daily school operations.
• Support children during classes, activities, and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in classrooms and common areas.
• Help with setting up learning materials and resources.
• Supervise students during arrival, dismissal, and break times.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of students at all times.
• Provide administrative and logistical support as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a school or childcare environment preferred.
• Ability to work well with children, staff, and parents.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Basic English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
