Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cooking, and floor care to ensure a comfortable environment for clients.
• Provide custodial services by maintaining restrooms, kitchens, and common areas in pristine condition.
• Execute carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and products, including carpet cleaning methods.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
