Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, residential spaces, or common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, buffing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality
• Ensure all sanitation standards are met by properly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally
• Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishing
• Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for all

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
• Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning supplies and equipment
• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is advantageous; hotel experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail while managing multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
