Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential homes, hotels, or commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently while ensuring high standards of cleanliness.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Manage floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors to maintain a pristine environment.
• Execute carpet cleaning procedures to ensure carpets are well-maintained and free of stains.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleanliness standards.
• Assist in housekeeping management tasks, including inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Carry out custodial duties in various settings while adhering to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines.
• Prepare meals or assist in cooking as needed, maintaining cleanliness in kitchen areas post-preparation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Knowledge of sanitization practices and housekeeping management principles is advantageous.
