A Housekeeping Attendant ensures the cleanliness of guest rooms, public spaces, and the heart of house. He or she will encounter guests and will need to consistently provide a positive guest experience. They play an important role in our home-away-from-home experience for each of our guests every day.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Acknowledges and greet guests with a warm and friendly greeting
• Performs tasks in a thorough and thoughtful manner
• Cleans assigned guest rooms and common areas in the allotted time including; changing bed linen, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, mopping and vacuuming
• Notifies the Maintenance Department of repairs needed
• Keeps storage areas and carts well-stocked, neat clean, and orderly
• Accommodates special requests
• All other duties as assigned
• Some lifting, bending and reaching is required

Qualifications and Skills

• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi task and work well under pressure
• Previous hotel-related experience preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate in a polite and professional manner
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
