Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping professional to ensure our spaces are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, outside and facilities using appropriate cleaning tools and products
• Execute detailed floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
• Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests and ensuring guest or resident satisfaction
• Support housekeeping management in inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment

Experience

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly desirable
• Experience with hotel housekeeping procedures is a plus
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing
• Familiarity with sanitation standards and safety protocols for cleaning products
• Background in laundry operations and stain removal techniques
• Housekeeping management experience is advantageous for supervisory roles
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents or guests
