Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and well-maintained.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
• Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens to maintain hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Assist with commercial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are presentable at all times.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to implement best practices in cleaning protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in commercial settings.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards and improving processes within the housekeeping department.
