- Cleans and dusts restrooms, offices and break rooms
- Strips, cleans, waxes and polishes floors and vacuums carpets while adhering to housekeeping standards in order to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Sweeps, scrubs and mops warehouse floors using such equipment as a power sweeper and scrubber
- Picks up and empties trash receptacles, and picks up cardboard and plastic and bales items in order to reduce waste volume to maintain a clean and safe work area
- Cleans up various types of spills and disposes of wastes while adhering to company procedures, and cleans up toxic spills according to Federal, State and local regulations in order to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Cuts weeds and grass, prunes bushes and tress, and performs other yard work to maintain Distribution Center appearance Performs other duties as assigned
- Basic reading, writing and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand written and oral instructions
- Ability to lift a move cleaning supplies, typically a minimum of 30 lbs., but could be as much as 70 lbs.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
