Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Glamping Site Attendant to manage daily operations at our luxury glamping site. The ideal candidate will ensure our guests enjoy a seamless, safe, and memorable stay by overseeing housekeeping, security, guest services, and emergency maintenance.

Responsibilities:

1. Guest Services:

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-ins and check-outs.

• Provide guests with essential information about the site and its amenities.

• Address guest inquiries, requests, or complaints promptly and professionally.

2. Housekeeping Duties:

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of accommodations, including:

• Making beds and replacing linens.

• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, including sinks, showers, and toilets.

• Replenishing toiletries, towels, and other essentials.

• Deep cleaning accommodations after guest departures to prepare for new arrivals.

• Regularly inspect all areas for cleanliness and report or address any issues promptly.

3. Pool Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Skim the pool daily to remove debris, such as leaves or insects.

• Test and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity) regularly to ensure safety.

• Vacuum the pool as needed to maintain cleanliness.

• Check and clean pool filters and equipment, reporting any malfunctions for repair.

• Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and safe for guest use.

4. Security and Safety:

• Monitor the property to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests.

• Enforce site rules and address any disturbances promptly.

• Conduct regular checks of all areas, including accommodations, common spaces, and the pool.

5. Emergency Maintenance:

• Handle basic maintenance tasks, such as:

• Fixing minor plumbing and electrical issues.

• Replacing lightbulbs, batteries, or filters as needed.

• Repairing small fixtures or furniture.

• Report and escalate larger maintenance concerns to management or external contractors.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or holiday home services is preferred.

• Knowledge of pool cleaning and basic maintenance is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented demeanor.

• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
