Must be able to work weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Sanitizes and cleans rooms following housekeeping procedures
- Make beds and change linens as needed
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company procedures
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Stocks, housekeeping cart, and storage rooms
- Follows the safety procedures of the hotel and the handling of chemicals
- Notify management of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs and 25lbs consistently
