Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard techniques and equipment
• Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure operational efficiency
• Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to uphold health standards across all areas
• Assist with special cleaning projects including carpet cleaning, window washing, or deep sanitation tasks as needed
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution
• Support team members during busy periods by sharing responsibilities and maintaining a positive attitude

Experience

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly desirable
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques enhances efficiency
• Experience in hospitality environments demonstrates strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of janitorial practices and floor care methods is preferred
• Background in housekeeping management or supervising cleaning teams is a plus but not required
• Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings
